I had shoes similar to these from AJ Valenci at HSN.com, which I reluctantly gave to my daughter when my heel continually slipped out of the shoe. I was very happy to find this shoe, and ordered the tobacco and the brown. True to size also, I ordered my usual 8 1/2. However, the quality is a bit to be desired - you can see magic marker where the shoe pattern was cut (close enough to the sole of the shoe, but nonetheless...and also some material imperfections in the body of the shoe. But I must say, definitely not enough for me to return these shoes. They are really cute, look great on, and the style is very versatile, as they can be worn dressy or casual. Also, because I am not "hard" on my shoes, I think they will hold up well enough.
