This is a gorgeous leather shoe and fairly comfortable, especially with the wide heel. The only problem is that the first "fold" in the design rubs a little against your little toes. If you're wearing stockings with a seam across the toes, it will rub that right into your flesh. As far as the footbed goes, if it weren't for that fold rubbing my toes, I might be able to wear these shoes all day at work (secretarial), but certainly not for a day of walking or shopping.
